I use this for my shin splints and a labral tear in my shoulder. No allergic reaction when I put this on my legs but I do get a rash after I peel off the tape from my shoulder -- nothing crazy just a few itchy small bumps but I'll stray from putting them on my shoulder again which is initially why I bought them.
