Size 4 fit great around the hips but was too snug around the waist. So I ordered the size 6 as suggested and it was a much better fit around the waist but a tad loose around the hips. A size 6 will be much more comfortable for working in. For reference, I am 5’2” and 127lbs. The quality is decent for work pants, so I came back and ordered in the black as well. Review: One of the better women’s work pants within reasonable priced compared to other brands - These have become my favorite women’s work pants. Love the extra pockets. Only complaint is the front pockets are weak and rip easily. I'm 5'4", around maybe 105 lbs or less, got a size 2, and these fit bigger as I had expected, but the stretchy fabric makes it slightly even bigger. Super loose on the legs, but the quality is really nice. Material is also pretty water resistant. The only bad thing about my order is that one of two pants that I ordered came in smelling REALLY bad. Maybe even with the smell of like urine or something so I had to wash them twice immediately. These pants left my washer SUPER linty. It looked like someone took a shaver to shave a towel and left all the shavings inside the washing machine.
