These shoes are my new favorite casual sneaks. If you own Frye boots, these run true to your Frye size and the width/toe box width are in line with most other Frye styles. I ordered the tan leather color and they’re lovely. The leather is buttery soft and a bit shiny (not matte; but certainly not patent). Mine came laced with tan laces that match the shoe color; but an additional pair of off-white laces were also included in the box. I wear a size 7.5 running shoe, but sometimes size down to a 7 for pointy toed flats and loafers (across various brands). However, these ran true to my running shoe size, and the 7.5 fit perfectly with traditional socks. I have duck feet (widest at the forefoot; narrow heel). These shoes were comfortably snug in the toe box (any wider would have made these shoes look less sleek and too clunky). The heel was indeed a little loose on my foot, given my anatomy; but I tied the laces a little tighter at the top and they were fine (as in, I didn’t think about the heel again for the eight hours I wore these). After wearing around the house for twenty minutes, I knew I was going to wear them the rest of the day with no issues. No break in period needed; and no blisters whatsoever after a full day of wear. Frye Ivy Low Lace, I think I love you.

These tennis shoes were everything I hoped they would be! I was looking for low-cut, white sneakers, stylish, and very comfortable and these did all three! I have bunions on both feet and I could walk in these all day and they won’t hurt my feet because they’re 100% leather and it’s like walking on clouds! You won’t regret buying these!! Great purchase!

I bought for an overseas trip for both plane ride and walking in Paris. I needed something I could manage cobblestones and dress up a bit. These sneakers were comfortable out of the box. I didn’t need to break them in. I wore them loose for ease of slipping on/off at security, I wore them with everything from dresses to jeans to leggings. Great basic sneakers.

I loved the look and cozy feel but my feet were very sore (not from blisters or anything like that) very quickly as there is ver little arch support. I thought maybe an insert would help but that would also defeat the purpose of the full fleece. I thought of returning but decided to keep them for short wear rather than all day.

These shoes are extremely comfortable. They are true to size and great quality with real soft leather. I would purchase again.

I absolutely love these shoes. They are so gorgeous and beautiful. That being said, you almost feel like you’re slapping your foot like a duck when you walk because the bottom of it is so heavy and the sides are quite firm. This would be for longevity, I guess. There’s also no arch support, and the toe area is a little cramped so I had to wrap 10 bandage tape around my toes when I walked in it so I wouldn’t get blisters but I’m not about to return these as they do make a statement, but I wouldn’t pay the money for them again.

These require little to no breaking in, are super comfortable on the feet, long ok great with everything and aren’t heavy. I was apprehensive because they’re expensive but I think they’re worth it and have worn them so often since I got them. Would recommend.
