**Q: Why can't i turn the volume down on this ?.**
A: You can't, if you have a Samsung device you need to download firmware that the company emails to you when you highlight the issue unfortunately, as a known problem you thought they would have resolved or actually highlighted this issue. I would suggest that if you have a Samsung device that you seek an alternative.

A: Yes! Works perfect with my iMac and my iPhone 11 too!

A: I think as long as you have Bluetooth on your phone it should work.

Excellent little device! Small but sturdy and generates a great sound. Comes with a handy carrying case, paired easily with my iPhone and is great value for money. WIsh the charging cable was a little longer, but that's a minor point. Recommended!
