Most people first discover Atomic in a nice restaurant, ask about it and Google it because Atomic Horseradish is not advertised! The California horseradish is very, very hot. Parsnips are added to control its natural bitterness, resulting in extreme heat, mushrooming through your sinuses leaving you with the satisfying flavor of real horseradish that’s as good if not better than your granddad’s homemade that chased you out of the house when you were a kid. Ingredients: parsnips, distilled vinegar (gluten-free), water, horseradish, salt, cane sugar, artificial flavoring. A: We use it up quickly so it never lasts long enough to loose potency. A little hint, store the tightly capped bottle upside down in the fridge, makes for a better seal than right side up. Also don’t leave the jar uncapped for very long.

**Q: Ingredient List please? I'm avoiding lots of typical additives.**
A: Distilled vinegar (gluten-free), water, parsnips, horseradish, sea salt, sugar, flavoring.

**Q: Do they make anything with out sugar?**
A: No. There are no calories. The sugar ingredient is less than the sodium content which is 3%.
