I cant sing the praises of this product enough. I have been pleasantly surprised with the results! It's been brilliant for me!.Firstly the product arrived quickly, the labelling gave me the impression of serenity/calmness I'm not sure if that was due to the colours used?...... But when I looked at the jar that's how it made me feel. Hopeful to!I have been taking one capsule a day for 2 weeks now. They are easy to take with no taste that I have noticed. And for me the benefits have been immeasurable.I'm a 41 year old woman, who is perimenopausal I also have 2 children one of whom has Special Needs. This means my sons behaviour can be challenging and aggressive on a daily basis. As you can imagine being verbally and physically attacked on a daily basis takes its toll physically and mentally, and prior to taking this product I was struggling with depression, anxiety, was having real problems sleeping, and also having difficulty managing my own emotions and responses to my sons negative behaviour. I should also mention that I'm awaiting some CBT to help with these issues.I've got to be honest when I started taking this product i wasnt 100% convinced. But how wrong i was!.... After 2-3 days I noticed that across the board I felt calmer in my self. I'm usually tied up in knots worrying about this that and everything else, but for the first time in a long time it was like my stress levels had been turned down to low! My sleep improved to! I noticed that instead if having regular nights of broken sleep I was getting a much more rested sleep if that makes sense? And as a result my anxiety was less pronounced which meant my emotional responses to my sons negative behaviour were more controlled, which in itself had a knock on effect helping bringing my sons behaviour down to baseline in a much shorter time frame.Dont get me wrong, my depression, anxiety etc etc have not gone away. They are still there....but the only way I can describe it is that because I'm feeling calmer on the whole and much less stressed, when my anxieties and emotions do flare I am much more able to manage them and can calm myself down much more easily. I would 100% recommend this product to anybody!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I got these to try but overall, I think they're pretty good. I've just gone back to work after furlough but don't feel quite as tired sitting in front of my computer. They're not too big so easy to swallow and I take them in conjunction with my multi-vitamins after breakfast. I've found I can relax more before going to bed which means I get a better night's sleep.

I brought this for my daughter, she is 15 and suffers with anxiety, low mood and energy. She started taking 1 tablet in the morning for the first week and didn't notice much of a difference a slight increase in energy but nothing really noticable. So the following week we up them to two which is when she definitely noticed the difference she had alot more energy through the day even helped wake her up more! She also stated she didn't feel as anxious going to school tho still did feel anxious most of the time (she has high anxiety) tho she said she didn't feel it changed her mood a great deal, I had notice myself she seemed happier and definitely more alert, tho I think this is more down to how these helped with her energy levels rather than changing her mood as she was less tired so wasn't as antsy and snappy which in turn helped her anxiety and mood. I am pleased that the product is organic, of high quality and vegan. The manufacturer Brainpower Nootropics claim to send a certificate of quality control spec on request. I requested via email and they sent the details straightaway. I wanted to try this product to help with symptoms of anxiety, depression, fatigue and stress. not to replace GP recommendations but as a further aid. Despite the size of the tablet I found them easy to take. I took two a day. I noticed an increase in focus to set tasks and energy to complete them albeit very subtle. I usually set tasks to do but cannot muster energy to start them. Having taken the Rhodiola for a few weeks I am able to focus on a task and start the task even complete a task. I have suffered from Chronic fatigue for over 2 years and usually am unable to do small tasks. That is why I am confident to say that taking the Rhodiola has had some impact. It does not supply a quick burst of energy and I am not hyper hence why I state it is subtle. it has had little effect on my symptoms of depression. I do get stressed easily, since taking rhodiola I've found I am more chilled out, again in a subtle way, I am not on edge. One thing I like is that they do not have any side effects that I have noticed. I would recommend you try this product for anxiety and fatigue or to help with focus but do expect the result to be subtle.
