    Bad product, missing parts

The labels on the pins are wrong - instead of "A" and "B" outputs, they put CLK and DT. Come on, clock and data on a rotary encoder??? But while this is annoying, I saw that on the product picture and ordered anyway, since it's not affecting the product usability.Why this product got only one stat is because all of the encoders in the package are missing the panel mount screws and washers!
