The SPRI Slide Board is a great tool for someone looking for a minimal impact exercise that is light on the knees and joints, but with high intensity to tone your upper and lower body, abs & glutes. Review: Don't be afraid to order this, glad I did. - I always read reviews before I order things. I read the reviews on this carefully and decided the negative feedback might not apply to me. Years ago I had a rebok slide and loved it. I used it often and over the years it degraded. So 20 years later I'm looking at another Chicago winter where I need a good indoor workout to supplement my spin bike. I remembered the slide and lo and behold here's one reasonably priced on desertcart, shipped and sold by them so if it doesn't work out I can return it. First it came in one day, probably just lucky where I live. Yes it wants to curl because it's been stored in a box, so role it the other way to store it or fold it over for storage so you don't need to roll it. The bag and booties are good and the slide itself is very slick. It needs to be slick or you can't slide. Now, if you have animals, dog hair, floor dust etc., you need to be careful not to transfer this to the board with your booties or by rolling it up. Keep it clean it should stay slick. I am a 5'5" female, 59 years old and very fit. If the board were any more narrow it'd be too narrow. If it were any longer I would probably have difficulty getting myself from one side to the other. A little push off and arm movement is needed, you can lift and twist a knee and get a good ab workout. This is an excellent workout for legs, specifically inner thigh, excellent core, balance and cardio. I recall it will not work well on carpet, so some kind of hard surface is really needed. So I got 45 minutes in on it within an hour of it showing up at the house. Ice storm outside. Very pleased with the purchase, and I will update if I encounter any negative issues. UPDATE: After using this just two times it became difficult to slide. I washed the board and rinsed out the booties and was really surprised how much dust accumulated. Anyway, I have a simple solution to getting the board "like new." Take a piece of waxed paper and rub it on the slide and on the bootie bottoms. Use the bootie bottoms to move the waxed paper. Then very CAREFULLY begin sliding again, super slick. If you've been pushing hard to navigate the entire less slick board, just know the waxed paper will make it "like new" slick again and you won't need to push off as hard to get to the other side. Still very happy in Chicago with another indoor workout option. It's still stupid cold here.
Review: Great skating workout at a great price for a quarantined roller derby player - I play roller derby but since Covid 19 has canceled all practices and games and cooped us all up in our homes I needed a way to keep working my skating muscles. I used to have a Reebok slide so I went looking for something similar and found this. This is not as thick as my Reebok slide but it does a pretty good job. Right out of the box it was Bambi on ice slick but after about 10 minutes it was no longer treacherous and I really started to enjoy it and get a more natural stride going. If you are really pushing hard this thing will move so try putting some of that grippy material meant to keep rugs in place on the floor between it and the slide board. I would say for the price it is an awesome slide board and I have no regrets. I also feel like I deserve a commission because several of my teammates and derby friends around the country are ordering this because of my recommendation on social media. You’re welcome SPRI!

A: No they do not adjust

**Q: I'm 5.3 tall, is the board too big?**
A: No the board is not too big for you as I coach a high school swim team and the whole team has used this and they are not all the same height .

**Q: Does it come with a workout dvd?**
A: No, it doesn’t come with a dvd but you can always find some exercise videos on youtube.

**Q: Is there a weight limit for this? I just don't want to get it and not be able to slide xD I'm assuming it wouldn't matter but just wanted to ask first**
A: a person's weight shouldn't matter. You are self propelled, the slide should be placed on the floor.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product at great price

After reviewing the negative ratings I was concerned with buying this, but after a week of heavy use, I am pleasantly surprised. Great length, not sure why people find it difficult to get the whole way across - if you apply some spray lubricant (sold seperately), it’s just a matter of effort. It lies perfectly flat, so no issue there. One time it slipped a little (pun intended) to one side when my foot came into contact with the edge piece. It’s perfectly wide enough that you don’t slip off, and it rolls up nicely for storage. Good value for the price, very functional, fits the desire use perfectly. I’ll update over time if anything changes but one heck of a workout can be had with this product.
