Certified organic and vegan-friendly, its rough texture is designed to hold sauces perfectly, cooking to al dente in 12-14 minutes. A premium choice for those seeking authentic Italian flavor and mindful eating. ## Description Made with a bronze form this traditional pasta is bronze drawn. Unlike smooth industrial pasta made with Teflon forms, its rough, porous texture binds perfectly with sauces. Review: Wonderful Tasting Pasta! - The taste and texture of this pasta is amazing! Very authentic and pairs nicely with different sauces and proteins. It cooks quickly while retaining its flavor, and it is gluten free! Would highly recommend. Review: Did I time travel to the old days? - I always thought Spaghetti should be more...I settled for spaghetti is spaghetti in America, but BOY, was I wrong to do that! I feel like I went to Italy, and back home after my last bite. This spaghetti is what I somehow knew it should be like! Did I time travel to the old days? I think I did. 😋 Yes, it is more expensive, for less, but it is so worth it. I also made my sauce from scratch, so I was in Italy in my mind. Compliments to the chef.😋🍝😙❤ Note to seller: Please do not raise the price. ## Features - Brought to you by Whole Foods Market - Tuscany provenance - Certified organic - Slow dried - 12-14 mins ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B074H73GNK | | Best Sellers Rank | #162,446 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ( See Top 100 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ) #313 in Spaghetti Pasta | | Brand | Seggiano | | Brand Name | Seggiano | | Coin Variety 1 | Spaghetti | | Color | No Color | | Container Type | Bag | | Cuisine | Italian cuisine | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 712 Reviews | | Diet Type | Vegan, Vegetarian | | Flavor | Organic Pasta | | Included Components | Seggiano, Spaghetti alla Chitarra Organic Pasta, 13.2 oz | | Item Package Weight | 0.39 kg | | Item Type Name | Seggiano, Spaghetti alla Chitarra Organic Pasta, 13.2 oz | | Item Weight | 12.96 ounces | | Manufacturer | Seggiano | | Model Number | 812603020091 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Package Information | Bag | | Part Number | 0812603020091 | | Size | 13.2 Ounce (Pack of 1) | | Specialty | Placeholder | | UPC | 812603020091 | | Unit Count | 13.2 Ounce | | Variety | Spaghetti | | Warranty Description | Warranty | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Seggiano - **Item Weight:** 12.96 ounces - **Number of Items:** 1 - **Package Information:** Bag - **Variety:** Spaghetti ## Images ![Seggiano Organic Spaghetti Pasta, 13.2 OZ - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71-ziPmvhhL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Tasting Pasta! *by J***L on December 23, 2024* The taste and texture of this pasta is amazing!
