I've used one for a few years for car camping trips, and it's a delight to use. 2.6 gallon capacity is perfect for a weekend trip. Water tastes and smells great; no plastic taste or smell whatsoever. I don't ever clean it; I just make sure it dries by running a fan into it for a day or so. This works well for me probably because I live in the desert, so it doesn't take days. My only gripe is that the spigot handle broke after a few years of light use, and the replacement ones are priced in a way that basically forced me to buy a whole new cube. Make the replacement spigots - THE weak point - much cheaper to replace.
