Bumper Women's Lory 90 Gladiator Sandals

I purchased these boots mid-December for a Christmas present for my daughter. She opened them and wore them on Christmas (sitting around at dinner, not much walking or moving, so she didn't abuse the shoes). She went to put them on again a few days later, and realized that one of the decorative studs had fallen off, after that one wearing. She is crafty, so said she would fix them herself. She didn't wear them again for a few weeks (because it has been really cold!). She put them on to wear again at the end of January, and realized that one of the straps was breaking. Again, she had only worn them 2 times. I appealed to the seller - Shoe Center - to see if they would accept them back, since the shoes are obviously poorly made, but Shoe Center refused. Their excuse for not accepting a return was that more than 30 days had passed since the purchase. I find such inflexible customer service practices ridiculous. My son received a pair of soccer cleats from Dick's Sporting Goods for Christmas, and since it is off-season right now, he didn't try them on until late-January. The shoes are a bit small, but guess what?...Dick's has a 90-day return policy, so we will be able to get the right size. That makes a bit more sense, especially when, around Christmas, you have to order early to ensure you will have the gift for Christmas, but you may not get around to returning within 30 days. In my opinion, this is a really poor policy on Shoe Center's part. I won't be buying from them again, but I will be frequenting Dick's!

My wife bought these sandals as part of her Halloween costume. She's worn them a few times after that and she loves them.

They were a bit tight on my calves, so i have a hard time zipping them all the way up and they leave marks on my legs like when you wake up with pillow marks on your face.

Love the shoes! Super cute. The only thing that I didn't like about the product is the zipper can become easily stuck. Overall I would buy again.
