I have refilled 10 of the 14.1 oz propane containers. Works great.

The adapter arrived promptly, and it was well packaged. It is shiny, solid, with a feel-good heavy weight. I didn't own a 20 pound propane tank, so I took the adapter to a hardware store to see if it would fit on a new tank, and became very frustrated & disappointed because the adapter fit loosely, and would not tighten. I didn't know the adapter screwed into the tank counter-clockwise, whereas the one pound empty containers attach clockwise. Once I figured that out, everything went together easily. I bought a filled tank, and I'm happy with the purchases. I didn't give it a stellar rating because there should have been instructions as to the counter-clockwise attachment method.

Very easy to use. Screwed onto 20 lb tank, tightened with Crescent wrench. Filled 3 1 pound bottles in less than 15 minutes. Froze bottles before filling.

propane can't flow out, New review after 3 days I retested a few more times and it works, the tank must have enough LPG and the tank is upside down.
