BUILT Neoprene Scoop Camera Case, Spring Fuschia

This little case is amazing! It was less than $5 and made my two week vacation around Europe so much more enjoyable. It holds my Canon Power shot snugly enough that I never worried about it falling out yet the camera was easy to remove to capture a shot. The hard shell back protected my lens from being crushed. The soft neoprene prevented by screen from being scratched up - although it does have a tempered glass protector on it. The band on the back makes it convenient to hold on the back of your hand or - as I most often used it - slide it onto a strap for quick, hands-free access. I was using a cross body with a detachable clip on one side was I was able to detach one side of the purse strap, thread it through the camera case and reattach the strap to the purse. This kept the camera in a perfect spot for access and protected from the rain. I was even able to wrap the camera strap on my wrist while it was in the case on the strap and feel even more secure about carrying my camera. It was one of a few purchases that really was very useful on my trip (Ireland, Venice, Naples, Sorrento, Amalfi Coast, London,York in 12 days). This case does not add any weight or bulk to the small camera but protects without making access inconvenient. Throw the camera in your backpack, purse, pocket with no fear of damage. I also purchased the hooded one - which would provide more coverage from rain and allow you to put an extra memory card in the back - but I felt it would make access inconvenient and preferred the band on the back of the scoop. So pleased. I love it when an inexpensive item can really make life easier! The purse I was using was a Lewis N Clark front load that I purchased through amazon warehouse deals for approx $20 - also very user friendly, convenient, lightweight and secure.

This camera case is not only adorable, it is so practical. I love that it is open ended and you can grab your camera quickly for those not to be missed shots. No struggling with zippers, no fumbling with long straps and snaps, just grab and shoot. It has a hard side to protect your lens and the rest is neoprene and foamy and soft and comfy. It fits perfectly in my purse and is easy to find amongst all the dark items. Definitely a great case I will enjoy for many years to come. ***** 5 Stars!

I have an Olympus stylus tough 6020 and this case holds it very securely. Its great not having to zipper it open or fold a top back to access the camera. The case has a large belt loop that can easily be used with the waist belt of my pack while backpacking and hiking.

Since the Droid is so new there weren't any cases for it. I stumbled upon this camera case and decided to try it. Works great! - The case is a slightly larger than the Droid, which I think is a good thing as it can slide out easily when needed. While in my purse I can usually slide the phone out of the case one-handed, leaving the case behind. - I've already dropped the phone, in the case, down the stairs and the phone stayed in it (undamaged). The sides of the case are stiff allowing the sides/corners of the case to take the impact as it tumbled. If you're testing the product when you get it, if you shake the case up-side-down a lot the phone may slide out. So, just don't do that! - My phone is protected from keys and other things while in my purse. - Another good thing is that the Droid's blinking green notification light to let you know if you have a voicemail or message is visible while in the case. No need to take it out to check. I highly recommend this for the Droid - or probably any other phone that will fit in it =) Update 12/12/2012 - I've been using this case for 3 years now. It has held up perfectly! The color is just now starting to go, but the sides, back and corners are still strong and intact. I am now using it for the Droid Incredible 2 which I think fits wonderfully. I still highly recommend this for a smartphone.

This case is well made. I bought it to hold my Samsung Reclaim cell phone as there are pretty much just face covers made for the phone. The phone fits nicely in the case. The metal bar built into the case keeps the phone straight and from knocking around but does add some extra weight at the same time. The colors help when I am looking to find it on the bottom of my bag... I actually attach the case through the built on loop in the back when I run so that is an added bonus.

I bought one last year, one of my teenagers took it away from me! Had to buy myself another one! I have since bought 3 more built scoop cases as gifts. There is no zipper to scratch camera when removing from case. I also bought a built case with a flip cover. The scoop case works well for pocket cameras, easy to get out of case since top is open, leaving case in pocket. Great protection for cameras, mid sized cell phones. The back is semi-hard provides more protection when carrying in pocket! Also has a belt loop for attaching to belt. Well made!

I took a chance and ordered this for a Sony Cybershot H55. It is a nice snug fit, but not so tight that I feel like I'm going to rip the material. It is tight enough that I can use the camera's wrist strap and the case is not going to slip off. No zippers, flaps or velcro to hassle with. Should provide nice protection for in a purse or coat pocket.

I absolutely love this camera case!! I agree with the other reviews. I use mine for my I phone. It is a perfect fit. It protects my phone and is not bulky!! I had another case before but the zipper broke. I like that there are no zippers or cords to fumble with. This is the perfect case. I love it!!!

I use this for my son's diabetes handset & it works brilliantly. It has been several months & is still in perfect condition.
