Not For Kids, False Advertising and Restocking Fee!
I bought the "easiest" one, the yellow board which is labeled that it is for children. I have 30 years of MMA experience and this board stung my hand to palm heel through it. My husband tried and had to use similar force to break it. There is zero chance our child will be able to use this, he tried several times and even with my applying pressure to the sides to bend it in he didn't come close to being able to break it (and he breaks small wooden boards in his karate class all the time) Returning it - and just found out they charge a restocking fee of 15% so you don't even get all your money back if you return it!!! Do not buy!!!

However I figured out that I can help a little bit by apply some pressure when he punches and he can then break easily enough. O
I purchased the blue one for my 4 1/2 yr old and he can break by kicking, but not punching. Overall - little too tough for a 4 yr old, but with some help, parents can make it work and kids can grow into it.

great for training board breaking
This breakable board has increase my daughters confidence in her board breaking skills. Now when she test for board breaking has no problem performing the technique. I will the yellow for now being she only 6 yr old. as she gets older and stronger I will move up to the other harder board for her to practice on.
