It is complete to install and trust me is a great floyd, i think it fit on this Ibanez model, but i use it on a Yamaha rgx D220.

Are the dimension of this gotoh the same as the original floyd rose???

This is a licensed Floyd Rose style trem so it should feature similar measurements but if you'd like to contact us directly we would be glad to get some measurements for you. Our website will be our company name with com at the end.

Will it fit my 1989esp m ii usa deluxe without any major modifications?

If it has a Floyd standard or a Floyd special yes. It comes with posts designed for it but you can just use the Floyd posts that are already there. If it is a special though, I'd recommend getting the Floyd replacement posts from stew mac - they are steel.
