I wanted an eye mask to block out the light around the curtains in our bedroom, as I'm a really light sleeper and tend to be woken up first thing in the morning with the light. I needed something that wouldn't set off my allergies and would be comfortable. This eye-mask is perfect. Its soft, silky and does actually feel a little cooling and soothing on my eyelids. It has an adjustable strap which is excellent for adjusting the tightness. It does slip off a little during the night as I roll over quite a lot, but I could just adjust the strap to tighten it if I wanted to. I think I've actually been sleeping better since I've had this. It arrived very quickly, and for the price, I don't think you'd find an eye mask any more comfortable. Superb product and highly recommended.

In the most well lit room in my house it blocked out all of the light. (If you want to try it palm your hands over the mask , while you are wearing it, and see if there is a difference in the amount of light you see with your palms well sealed over the eye area). I always take a mask out into the light to see if any seeps in while lounging outdoors, and only a little came through the wonderful 3 layers of silk on this mask,Very soft and comfortable sleep mask that comes with ear plugs I won't really use at night but if you ever have a Migraine Headache thise would help you out a lot!

I purchased this mask to help me sleep at night, as I had been waking up due to light pollution in my bedroom. The mask itself has a great silk feel and is of a good overall quality, it feels comfortable on your face and has great adjustment options. The mask comes in a handy carry bag to protect the mask (which is very handy if you travel often) and comes with some complimentary disposable earplugs. I struggle to sleep if there is very much light. But my wife and I seem to have different sleep cycles and schedules, so she likes to read later into the night while I need to get up early in the mornings. To accommodate, I purchased this sleep mask to block out the light so I can sleep. From the first day it worked like a charm. Even after my wife turns out the lights, I keep it on all night to block out night lights, neighbors' lights, clock lights, etc. I've been sleeping better and longer than I have for a long time. The strap on the eye mask is perfect as they can be adjusted but not too bulky on the head at the same time. The strap holds the eye mask against your head firmly while not being too tight and it is very comfortable to wear to sleep. The earplugs are very useful to block out noise and properly packaged to ensure that it is hygienic. The plastic bag that comes with this is very handy and convenient to store them when you're travelling.

I bought this originally to block out light since I love sleeping in the dark, The mask is very soft and comfortable. The strap is adjustable, and it does a great job of blocking out most of the light. I do sometimes find that I have pulled it off in my sleep, but I think that has more to do with my tossing and turning than it does with the mask itself.

For the price you pay for this, they are great value for money. They block out sunlight so you can get a sleep during the day, or if like myself, block out that early morning sunshine creeping through the curtains. Really comfortable. There is also an adjustable strap to let you get a nice fit. A travel bag is also included so you can take these anywhere on your travels, whether it be on a plane, train or car. Overall, for the price you pay, you can have no complaints with these great travel companions.

I have troubles sleeping so I gave the sleeping mask a try and it definitely made an impact on how well I could sleep - I couldn't even tell it was light outside when it was covering my eyes. This helped me sleep like a baby! Quite soft to wear and after a while, I couldn't really feel it on my face. The earbuds were a nice touch and came in handy for when my flatmates decided to throw a party in the kitchen... Best thing about this product in my opinion. You get one pair of masks and earbuds! Really happy with this.
