Works great
So far my husband likes this he has copd and it has made a noticeable change in his breathing. He had more energy he says he thinks it’s all from this. My daughter who is a pharmacist said she can’t see anything wrong with taking it. He says it doesn’t taste real good but he getting used to it. I think it comes in flavors now.

Best Deal for the Money! And I looked hard!
Best deal for the money! A big and healthy dose of my BCAA's that is easy to take. The taste is not the best for sipping. It goes down fine if you just guzzle down a 16oz glass mixed with refrigerator cold water. On non lifting days I take right before bed so my body can use to repair muscles while I sleep. It's also nice that it dissolves easily.

Bad flavor
Raspberry lemonade sounds good, but taste so fake.

Simple, Quality BCAAs Without the Nonsense
I waited several weeks to give a review, so that it was more useful than simply a review on the taste. This is the best value I’ve ever seen for BCAAs. My training intensity has improved similarly to how it does with creatine supplementation. There’s been a visible improvement in my overall body comp (mind you, I train 4-6 days a week and my diet is somewhat “clean”). So, clearly an effective supplement. The taste is horrible, which is a good sign, since no quality bcaa supp is going to taste good! I’ve watched videos comparing the difference between quality bcaa powders’ mixability and ones that are filled with garbage, and I believe this is “up to snuff.” I got the unflavored one because I wanted it as simple as possible and with the least amount of unnecessary ingredients possible. The ingredients are just bcaas; nothing more! But don’t think for a second that you can comfortably drink this without mixing it lol(and I’ve consumed all types of herbal supplements that would make the average person projectile vomit at the mere smell of them haha). I use True Lemon packets; fewest sugars and fewest ingredients and it ends up tasting about as good as a powder that’s twice as costly. $21 for 90 servings with the ideal 2:1:1 ratio is such tremendous value that I hardly see a point buying BCAAs anywhere else, and will order again, possibly forever 👍

Great Flavor, Excellent Ratios, & Quality Ingredients! Return Buyer!
Awesome price and no weird additives! I have been losing weight/in calorie deficit (CICO) since March 15, 2017 and had my weight loss goal set at 1.5lbs per week (which is a -750 calorie deficit per day). I really dislike protein powders and don't eat a lot of meat, so I decided to add a BCAA to my day to *hopefully* help prevent muscle loss from dieting + working out. I am working out 5 days per week for about 2 to 3 hours daily. I take mostly strength-training classes (again....to preserve muscle while losing fat) mixed with a bit of cardio here and there, so I am burning a lot of energy and calories. This BCAA appealed to me because the 2:1:1 ratio is exactly what you're supposed to look for and typically only find in high-priced versions. On top of that, most of the expensive ones contain things like caffeine, green tea, and long list of "speedy" ingredients that really aren't necessary and that I didn't want. The fact that this contains Ashwaganda was a bonus because I've taken it before and it's very mild and only seeks to improve mood. I also liked the fact that this offers a variety of flavors/no flavor and is *allegedly* calorie-free. I drink this everyday in a concentrated form before my workouts...and then I take the remainder of the concentrated mixture (about 3 scoops total) and add it to my 64 ounce water and just sip on the diluted version throughout my workouts. I continue to add more water until I'm done working out and finish up whatever is left about an hour post-workout. Although I HATE fake sweetners, this one is easy to get used to compared to others. I got the Green Apple and it's basically a VERY SWEET Kool Aid. I don't know why the sweetness is quite so high...but the flavor is really tasty and adds well to water. There is no smell other than a muted "apple" scent and this doesn't typically irritate my stomach. Although BCAA's often cause nausea if you drink a lot DURING workouts, I found this only happened to me the first few days and then I adjusted the amount and my body also adjusted to having it. It only happened during extremely intense cardio workouts that sometimes make me a little queasy anyway. This is also very easy to mix. Although I have shaker bottles with the ball....I don't use them for this. I just shake it up in a regular water bottle the night before and stick it in the fridge for morning. No stirring or blender bottles necessary. What I don't quite understand is how it can be truly "calorie free". I've done some light reading and discovered that BCAA products don't have to list the calorie count as long as the calories *per gram* are less than 5. I hope that's not the case here because 5 calories per gram means that 1 scoop (7 grams) is about 35 calories. And since the recommended serving is about 20 grams per day...that quickly adds up to nearly 100 calories. To those not looking to lose weight or "cut"....that seems like no biggie. But even if you're drinking a low dose, 100 calories is a whole lot more than "calorie free". So I WOULD like to know if this is truly "calorie free" or the calorie count just isn't required due to the way the serving sizes are listed. Mind you...what I read could be total BS, but it's something to keep in mind if you're working out for weight loss or cutting and adding these calories without realizing it. Anyway, overall I'm thrilled with the taste, performance, and price and have ordered twice since my first purchase. I'm definitely pleased and although making muscle "gains" is nearly impossible while in deficit, I'm seeing nice muscle definition after losing 25 of the total 34 pounds I was looking to lose. I feel like this has been helpful both in preserving my existing muscle....as well as aiding in the DOMS (the sore muscles afterward) by just enough to notice. That's the best you can really expect from any BCAA and at this price point, the performance is incredible. Highly recommend and will continue to purchase (though if anyone knows about the calorie thing I mentioned, I'd love to hear back about it). Awesome product!

Good quality
I’m satisfied with this purchase. The product matches the description and feels well made. It was easy to use right out of the box and performs as expected. Shipping was quick and everything arrived in good condition. Overall, a solid product for the price.

Taste like toxic waste LOL
Great value, tastes like toxic waste. LOL Reviews claim it's bitter, but that is so not the case. The cool thing is as soon as you mix it with something like Muscle Milk the awful flavor is neutralized 100%. One caveat is that when you put the lid back on the powder seeps out in a white mist. No biggy, plenty of product in the jar.

DO NOT BUY THE UNFLAVORED!
I made a huge mistake in thinking the unflavored would be like creatine where it would be tasteless. Wrong. This is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted. I added it to my smoothie, and it completely ruined it. I’m glad I just got the 30 servings one. It’s like torture trying to chug this thing down. I saw a review on here that said if you let it sit for five minutes, it taste better. It does kind of taste less horrible, but the taste is still really bad. It’s also very chalky and not easily dissolvable. As for muscle recovery I think it’s really good and does what it’s supposed to do. I also think I’m seeing a little bit more muscle mass. I used to take capsules but didn’t want to be taking so many different supplements that I’m already taking. So decided to try a powder form.I also didn’t want to get anything flavored but I think I may have to next time because I’m definitely not getting the unflavored again.
