I have to say it's a very nice camcorder, I already have another one in hand, but this one seems work better than the other one.First is the external mic, I try to record video with it's internal mic and the external mic, and I found in most of the situations the external one record sounds more real and clear.2nd is the remote control, most of the camcorder didn't have that function, which makes it different from others, I would like to say, if you want to join your family or friends but no one around that can help you press the button, this remote controller could be very helpful.Other functions like face capture or beauty function are great too, love it.

I liked how nice of mic it was the zoom isn’t great but overall I love it

The camera is nice and compact; however the remote control does not work. When you zoom in the quality of the picture seriously decreases. The functionality is not very intuitive. If the company does not get back to me as to why the remote control does not work I'll have to return the camera. I bought and tried a new battery for the remote, but still doesn't work.

I am very disappointed in this product and will return it as soon as I get home. I'm at a conference in Las Vegas, I'm trying to film workshops however, the battery only last about 45 minutes. I now have to buy external power source due to the cord being extremely short as well. Not happy with product.

This thing is simple and awesome. I had my doubts when I first received it but after a couple minutes of playing around I had it figured out. Very user friendly and great quality for what I was looking for! I'd recommend purchasing this.

I have put a fully charged battery in the camera & less that 5 minutes in to the recording, low battery pops up. I am very disappointed in your product. I will have to go back to a rinky dinky canon dxg for my videos. I want to send it back to you. I dont expect compensation either. I just want to get it out of my house. i would be embarrassed to even sell it at a garage sale.

Used this to start my 8yo daughters YouTube channel. It’s easy to use. Even she can use it. She is so happy and that’s what makes this mamma happy
