My iPhone won't stay connected / can't handle 8GB of data
I have changed this review from 1 star to 3 stars for the following reasons:1. I cannot verify that the problem is not specific to my iPhone. It's possible this is an isolated incident.2. The seller (Hopkog) has worked hard to try to reproduce the issue on their end, including loading 8GB+ data on their local devices.3. The refund process is easy.This was my original review:- plug into PC- add 8GB pictures and videos- plug into iPhone 7- add Y-DISK app from app store search- USB DISCONNECTED!- unplug from iPhone- plug into iPhone- videos appear- cannot click on anything- app froze- restart app- USB DISCONNECTED!- unplug from iPhone- plugged into iPhone- images appear- cannot click on anything- app froze- unplugged from iPhone- force close app- open app- plug into iPhone- PLEASE WAIT!- app froze- give up- write bad review- try to find out if i can get my money back..

Easy file transfers
Had to format when inserted into Android phone the first time. After that it works great. Transferred 10gigs of data at once & it froze, but that's probably my phone since I selected copy instead of move. Overall it's great. I suspect a micro SD card is inside, but haven't looked yet😁Edit: confirmed it's just a really cool micro SD card reader. I dropped it & it quit working so I took it apart and slid the SD back into the slot... working great again 🎉

Missing info
The drive seems to work ok for a usb-C connection and a micro usb, but instructions are confusing. They mention only Apple products & apps, but supposedly it was for android too. Also, there's no indication on the box or the drive of the storage amount. I'm spending a lot of time experimenting with it instead of using it.

Extented iPhone storage capacity
Always with a worried eye on my iPhone storage capacity. Forever creeping upward. Knowing I need to clean up, delete, transfer the files. Worried about performance with a phone so full. Still trying to figure it out
I have a Note 4 and take a lot of pictures. I'm still trying to figure out how to store pictures and videos on it. It isn't as easy as I thought it would be or it is so simple that I'm an idiot and can't figure it out! I don't know how it works with iPhones because I don't have one. I'm going to keep trying to get it to work, I may have to ask a friend.

Who wants to install a Chinese App ?
Not sure how to review this item - besides “ buyer beware “. One has to install an app to use it - Who would allow a foreign App written in Chinese, access your computer?? It’s in the junk drawer 🤔
