No contact/help address
Product looked good but the instructions said down load an app and QR scan the device.But what QR, no help number or contact address either in package, in App or online.So could not unlock the device.Returned to Amazon

Save your money
The app is utter rubbish. Whenever I select share and click account the app crashes. It also crashes in other menus. Guess you get what you pay for and this particular case you all you get is a bunch of crap.The lock itself is okay. Think one hit of a hammer and the clasp would open. Would suggest avoiding this lock.

Convenient
Good well constructed product, easy to set up and use. Sometimes takes more than one attempt to unlock using fingerprint but has always worked so far.

Padlock needs recharged every time I need to use it for it to open and gain access to the shed, the app doesn’t work to open it either so done waste your money.
