The Firm: Maximum Cardio Burn Plus Abs

Very difficult, but worth every penny
I have been working out to various Firm videos for a year now. This video, as difficult as it is, has become my favorite one. When I first got it, I decided to watch it and see what was expected of me. When I got about 30 minutes into it, I thought to myself "I've bitten off more than I can chew this time. No way can I do this at my size". While it's the most difficult video I've ever worked out with, I've been doing it for four weeks now, and I've lost 4 lbs. so far. There are disadvantages, such as I'm so fat that I can't really touch my heels in the back, and when I'm doing the last sequence before the abs workout, I have to do the 'beginner' version and it's the foot and thigh on my supporting leg that hurts, and I still can't get through the entire workout without stopping three or four times (because those cardio workouts really take a lot out of me). Still, the important thing is that I keep going and it really works. You will need The Firm Sculpting Stick and The Firm Fanny Lifter to exercise to this video. A lot of people say that The Firm steals your money by making you buy those things, but considering what you'll get in return, I say get them at any cost! This workout gets a perfect 5 stars from me.

Not bad
I have a few Firm DVDs and do not care for the others, but I do like this one. I have only did it a couple times, but I can tell I will like it for a rotation from my Jari Love workouts.She goes fast with the moves, so it can be frustrating the first time you try it.I also get tired of The Firm's way of trying to get you to buy their equipment. That is part of the reason I dislike the other one's that I have. I just used a broomstick for their "pole" and my own step for the "fanny lifter" they suggest. I use my weights in place of their "twigs" so I was able to modify using those things. LOL

... advise when you get stronger and it gets too easy..
Been using this for 15 years it delivers only thing I advise when you get stronger and it gets too easy...switch out your dumbbells with heavier ones and substitute the stick with a heavier weighted bar made by body bar I believe its called. If you do competitive sports or dance this will get your ass back in shape but you have to eat right.

Excellent 55 min workout
I have this workout already but it's on VHS. So I had to buy this awesome workout on DVD! It really makes you sweat and it is challenging. The only con would be if you don't have the fanny lifter and sculpting stick(which I have) to use with the video. Definitely a great video and 55 min workout.

I enjoy all the firm products. These workouts are good if you still want to work out but don't have the motivation to get to the gym.
