Love it!
I own a small in home bakery. I mainly focus on decorated sugar cookies. I have tried many different flavors and emulsions but this one is my absolute favorite. The flavor is so rich and blends perfectly in my dough. I don’t add very much in my recipe so I feel this size lasts me a long time and it is very affordable. I would highly recommend and I feel it could be used in so many other recipes.

Not Cookie Butter Flavor
I would say this doesn’t really taste like cookie butter or Biscoff. It does have a pleasant taste though but it’s definitely more like a Christmassy cinnamon flavor or something. Seems good quality and should last me a long time!

This taste almost exactly like Cookie butter minus any sweetness so must have sweetener when using.
I love Lorann's Cookie Butter Emulsion! it is the closest test to Biscoff or anywhere Cookie Butter specious ou can find.So far only used to make Ninja Creams protein ice creamed frozen yogurt but I purchased a second because my first is practically gone. I'd absolutely use this for baking to knock down the large volume of calories in actual Cookie Buttery knocking it down to 1/3 the recipe. I only drink one iced latte daily but can tell by flavor this is a perfect syrup base and can remain sugar free/or with Laknto sweetener with a protein shake and a pinch of frothed milk!

Absoluter Gamechanger für den Ninja Creami!
Ich habe die LorAnn Cookie Butter Emulsion für mein selbstgemachtes Eis im Ninja Creami gekauft und bin absolut begeistert! Da ich mich Low-Carb ernähre, war ich auf der Suche nach dem typischen "Biscoff/Spekulatius" Geschmack ohne den ganzen Zucker und das Mehl – und diese Emulsion trifft es auf den Punkt. Hier meine Eindrücke: Geschmack: Es schmeckt original nach karamellisierten Keksen mit einer feinen Zimt-Note. Überhaupt nicht künstlich oder chemisch. Konsistenz: Da es eine Emulsion auf Wasserbasis ist (kein Extrakt auf Alkoholbasis), verfliegt der Geschmack beim Einfrieren nicht. Das Eis schmeckt nach dem Churnen unglaublich intensiv. Ergiebigkeit: Man braucht nur ca. 1–2 Teelöffel für einen Creami-Becher, die Flasche hält also sehr lange. Mein Tipp: Ich mische es einfach in die Basis aus Sahne und Mandelmilch. Das Ergebnis ist "absolut fantastisch" und schmeckt wie Premium-Eis aus der Diele. Für wer den Geschmack von Cookie Butter liebt ein Klare Kaufempfehlung für alle Ninja-Creami-Besitzer!
