50W, 100W, 120W and 150W Midsummer Energy Flexible Solar Panels - with marine-grade self adhesive tape - for narrowboats, campers, off-grid systems Our FlexiSun range of solar panels use back-contact solar cells - the most efficient cells that are commercially available. This means they pack more power into a given footprint than rival semi-flexible panels. We supply this panel with top of the range self-adhesive PVC tape, designed to bond well to textured and uneven surfaces. This adhesive is suitable for long-term outdoor use in high or low temperatures, salt water resistant and has been used in marine and oil rig signage. You must have a Solar Charge Controller to safely charge your battery Solar Panel Specifications: Peak power Wp: 50W Voltage Voc: 20.8V Current Isc: 3.07A Dimensions: 580 x 560 x 4 mm Weight: 1.7 kg --------------------------------------------------------------- Peak power Wp: 110W Voltage Voc: 21.9V Current Isc: 6.32A Dimensions: 540 x 1070 x 3 mm Weight: 2.18kg --------------------------------------------------------------- Peak power Wp: 120W Voltage Voc: 20.8V Current Isc: 6.14A Dimensions: 540 x 1200 x 3 mm Weight: 2.18kg --------------------------------------------------------------- Peak power Wp: 150W Voltage Voc: 30.11V Current Isc: 6.32A Dimensions: 540 x 1460 x 3 mm Weight: 2.86kg All these panels come with a 2 year manufacturer warranty and marine-grade, PVC self-adhesive tape on the reverse of the panel. Good value, comes with a full sheet of double sided-adhesive tape
Recommended for quality at a reasonable price. A double sided self-adhesive sheet was supplied with the solar panel, exactly the same size as the panel. That's fantastic, but take care when placing the self-adhesive sheet - it sticks instantly and strongly to anything it touches. Once any corner of the self-adhesive sheet is placed you will not get it back up again. When you place the panel, or even a part of it, you will not remove it without damage. My advice: 1. Mark out the place where the panel is to go; 2. Place the sheet and then remove the backing paper by peeling back one corner, sticking the sheet in position and then rolling off the remaining backing while spreading the sheet. Then remove the top paper. 3. Get another pair of hands to help place the solar panel on the sheet and again place one corner first before lowering the panel into position. If doubtful, Google for more comprehensive instructions.
