All I can say is WOW!!! It came in nicely packaged and damage free. The first time that I saw this chair, I was kinda concerned by the looks, because I used to have those lumbar support chairs. To my surprise, it was so comfortable. You won’t believe that your body just molds it in. It’s very relaxing, plus with the right heights that would just cover the upper part of my body. Despite the looks of it, it almost feels like you’re sitting on a couch while you’re laying down. Not to mention that the chair itself is at a decent price, a much better choice than buying the ones that sells like 300+ for a sofa chair that only has the look and the material but has no back support or comfort.

This chair makes me feel very comfortable, I like to sit on the game when I have time, recommend to buy.

We bought three of these chairs for our office. the seats were a little difficult to get together but not bad. Well made and comfortable.

when I first got it, I put it together in 20 minutes. Easy, the last wheel to go in hung up a bit (I thought it was all the way in)and when I sat down the wheel broke. I contacted the seller and they requested a picture. I sent the pic and within 24 hours they responded with a tracking number for the wheel replacement. It came early. VERY satisfied with the customer service, Thank you!!I am 5'7" with longer legs, when sitting on the chair, even sitting back, the edge comes to just past mid thigh, not very comfortable for me. My daughter is 5'4" and she finds the chair very comfortable.

The seat of this chair is not quite big enough so it doesn't work well for a teen or an adult. It's also very stiff and doesn't rock at all. One of the wheel enclosures keeps falling off too and then the chair won't move. I wouldn't recommend this chair. It looks nice but it's not comfortable or functional.

Very easy to install, comfortable and high quality. Really worth the money. Don’t hesitate, buy it.

The chair is easy and quick to install. The base is very steady and the adjustment range is more than what I need.The cushion and back support well and soft. I can sit on it for hours.Will buy it again if more is needed.
