Heatmax Heatwraps - Back and Hip, Large/XL

I wanted to try this brand after the many great things I hear about their famous "hot hands". I was disappointed that shipping took forever, past their estimated delivery window (In other experiences the sellers beat the delivery window by 1 or 2 days). The product itself is good, it warms up without heating in microwave or plugging in. Each box comes with 4 heat pads and one waist strap, which is supposed to be reused for the other 2 packs. I did not like this since the waist strap is the same material as thermacare, should be a one time use. I'm glad I tried it but will not be ordering these again from this seller.
