Have been searching for my perfect pillow for more years than I care to remember. I have prolapsed discs in my neck and arthritic problems in my shoulders. The right pillow is so important for us sufferers! I believe that I have found my ideal pillow in this product. It has two heights 8cm and 10cm (I find the 8cm ideal for me). It is not too soft but I find it cradles my head and fully supports it at the same time. There was no memory foam odour and I was able to use it the same day as I received it. I have been using it for a week now and have been waking up in the morning with practically no stiffness or pain or waking up in the night with pain which is a huge bonus for me. I would give 10 stars if I could. I have ordered a second pillow for my husband who has tested mine and is also impressed.

Very happy with this purchase. I was using feather pillows before but my osteopath advised me to purchase a memory foam contour pillow to help with better posture for my neck when sleeping (along with a pillow between my legs in a side sleeping position). I am so surprised with how much this has helped! I do not get anywhere near as much pain in my neck. The pillow is firm but not uncomfortable and is a good size. I would have preferred if it was the same size as my other pillows as it looks a little out of place but it is more than big enough to do the job it is supposed to. It has a soft fabric covering (although I still put my own pillow case on it). Overall great quality, I am purchasing another for my partner.

Been using this for only three nights and what a difference it has made. I can honestly say that I have no more neck ache first thing in the morning. This also has reduced my lower back pain as well. It really is worth the money and the product itself is very well made. I have been suffering for months for no reason so I would really recommend this pillow if you have any issues that I mentioned. I had no idea that a simple replacement of a pillow could solve the problems I had been enduring. Will never be without it!

I normally use feather pillows but lately I needed more support due to neck pain and a frozen shoulder and thought I'd try this memory foam pillow which is very reasonably priced. I was a bit dubious at first but from the first night I managed to sleep without constantly moving my pillows into a comfortable position. I've only used the pillow for a few nights but I'm impressed with the comfort and support is provides.

The pillow fitted nicely into a pillowcase and I couldn’t wait to try it out. At first it seemed a little too firm for me but I could tell it really supported my neck well at the back, so persevered . When I went onto my side I found it more comfortable to sleep on the lower side of the pillow. I needed a few nights to adjust to this pillow but now I wouldn’t be without it!

You may feel a bit strange on the first few days but once you get use to it then it gives a good support for your neck. I expected a strong smell but just tiny bit on the first week. Good quality and I don't need to keep plumping up like normal pillows.

Woke up with neck pain. It is too soft that it can only be used for children. When I put my head, it flattened on the bed. It can bounce back a finger, but not head. I had to return it.

its not comfortable at all, I tried several nights but my neck start aching. dont buy it, waste of money
