Nice product at a good price. I ride a mountain bike most days of the week and I’m able to fill this with watch and I add a little ice pack to keep cold. I’m also able to add a banana and a few granola bars for snacks.

I have been using this consistently for a couple months and am very glad I got a 3 liter pack over all the 2 liter options. The amount of water is great for longer day hikes and the pack has just enough room the food I bring with. If you want to store more stuff like hiking poles or extra clothes, this is a little too small for that and you should consider a bigger backpack.

The bladder is very poorly made. It seems like weak material that could puncture or tear easily. I use it for distance biking and getting water out of the spout was awkward and dangerous. I replaced it with a new one. The storage and comfort are great. I have used it on unsupported century rides and it was perfect for carrying what I needed.

Light weight, fits nicely on skinny and bigger folks, and kept the water cold for 4 hrs, in 85 degree heat.

Upon inspection on my first use there was a rip in the bit valve. Contacted customer service and had amazing feedback. New bladder arrived in less then a week. Will definitely be advertising for this product and service

I was shocked to see a lifetime warranty. I can't wait to use it . It must be good quality if that is offered.
