Schiff Ribbons 2244-1.5 20-Yard Polyester Double Face Satin Ribbon, 3/8-Inch, Red

The description of this ribbon along with the picture are a bit misleading. I read the 1.5 20 yard and thought it was 1.5" wide. Not so, it's 3/8" wide. It does say this later in the description, but because the 1.5 is so close to the yard description and the 3/8 inch is on the next line, it was easy to make the mistake. It looks like good ribbon, but not what I needed and I need it now, not in another couple days. Bummer.

Soft ribbon, smooth texture, holds a crease fairly well, edges melt easily to prevent fraying. The peach color I ordered was true to the photo and therefore exactly the color I needed for my project. If I have a complaint, it's my annoyance that nonstandard colors (including my peach) tend to come with a higher price tag.

It was what I wanted, I should have read the description more carefully, I wanted wider ribbon. I was going to use it as dress straps. I can use it for something else, it's nice ribbon

So the ribbon is not a heavier fabric, which makes the edge go wavy when I need it to be straight.

used it to wrap around the stems of my flowers for my wedding, looked beautiful.

This is a really good value!

Love Schiff ribbons. Easy to work with, easy to heat treat to prevent fraying, comes in a big variety of colors, very soft ribbon. Very comparable with Offray ribbon and sometimes at a lesser price. Also made in America.

Used the ribbon for my wedding cake, the color was perfect, it was very difficult to find décor in Jade Green, but this definitely matched everything. This matched Alfred Angelo's Jade swatch just fyi..
