The post office misplaced my package but the seller was helpful solving the problem. This product works great! I had to update my iPhone XR to the newest software version 12.3.1 then it was easy to get it working right. AT&T phone is working on Verizon network. This is amazing !!!! I went from Verizon to xfinity ! When I first got my xfinity Sim card and put it in my I phone xs prior to unlocking it with this device it didn't work. Now mind you, I have unlocked several phones prior by paying over $150 on an unlocking Website that took days so I was beyond skeptical . As soon as this Amazing device arrived I immediately followed the directions and it did not work immediately so please be patient unlike I was. I don't know if it takes a matter of time to reconfigure your device after unlocking because I got an activation error message after inputting the code. After resting network settings I got another error message prompting me to contact my carrier . I thought it was a scandalous lost cause until the next day when my phone rang and wala! It worked like a charm but for some reason it took A few days. Buy this asap!

It took a couple of days to figure out my situation, specially because I broke the first unlock SIM card , and then they sent me a replacement for free , they added special programming to it also , don’t be afraid to purchase, anyways what’s the worst that can Happen ? Return it to amazon? Lol it works and they stick with you until your phone is unlocked , we stayed up one night until 12 am working on my situation, even through we don’t resolve it that night , they still kept finding ways .

This product really works!!!! Was not extremely difficult to use the unlock chip. The seller is very helpful and will walk you through the steps to get phone unlocked and responses very quickly. Used Straight Talk phone to AT&T network and so far everything is running smoothly.
