If female micro-usb port is given power, it is fed to the host, regardless of switch position.
Works great, but the one I received will power the host from the female micro usb port, regardless whether I set the switch to 'Charge' or 'OTG'. I bought this to give me the option of using one supply for the host, and a second supply to power keyboard, mouse, and other devices. The fact it won't do this means I need to ensure my single power supply can meet the needs of host + all connected devices.

Not working on my Firestick
Worked on my LG Rebel 4 but not my Firestick.Had the exact same one a year ago and it worked fine on my firestick until it just stoped working one day ..Oh well got 5 months out it..was worth it..
