Before ordering this walker I carefully compared it to my four previous walkers. The pictures did not reveal it is not as stable or solid, nor did I expect it to make so much noise. The squeaky sound woke my wife every time I needed to get up during the night. The company agreed to accept a return, but would not pay shipping. We checked three shippers and the cost ranged from $26 to $82. I will keep it for parts.

This walker provides stability for indoors walking. A rollator is the better choice or outdoors surfaces. Recommend modifying the plastic wheels by adding Amazon RMS Walker Glide Balls - A Set of 4 Balls with Precut Opening for Easy Installation, and Amazon TREADZ/Sport Edition: Universal Walker Wheel Kit for heavier duty rubber wheels for better traction on a variety of surfaces

This walker is just like my past walkers. Balanced and sturdy. I feel secured walking with this walker.This company handled a issue I had and they immediately resolved it the Same day. Impressive. I will order from Honest Medical in the future.

I am a big guy but did not want to order a huge walker, so I took a chance and got this one. It's a little bit tight but once the weight and cast is gone it'll fit perfectly. Standard size legs so replacement parts should be easy to get or swapped out for wheels.

Needed this for a knees replacement surgery. It really fit the bill. So happy it doesn’t have wheels! Much safer in my opinion.

My mother had to drag the back sideways to get around corners and one time a back leg came out, tipping the walker so my mother fell. That’s the day we bought a different walker. Also, an accessory tray we bought didn’t stay on well. It does on the new walker.

This walker is exactly as described. No hype. Must note that the customer service was beyond 5 stars. I messed up the ordering process thereby confusing everyone and embarrassing myself. The company rep. was right on top of it both in understanding and remediating the situation to a successful outcome. Customer service is a valued quality and benchmark in my decision re: from whom to purchase. Hat's off to you !!!!

This walker is ALL that it's advertised. Easy to use and even easier to set up for use.
