Two of the 12 tubes were hardened and could not be used. The product that was usable seems to be of good quality and fit for the intended purpose. I have used DAP products many times in the past and seldom have had trouble with them. But, in the end, I am left two tubes short of enough to complete the job and will necessarily have to procure two more tubes from a local vendor in order to complete the job in the time frame that I have. The seller has addressed the issue. I very much appreciate their responsiveness in an effort to make the overall buying experience satisfactory.

Good stuff
This sealer seems pretty good. I have purchased 4 or 5 cases. However two tubes in one of the cases were hardened in the tube. I have contacted seller twice about it and havent heard back....

DAP sealant Product was 14 months old, expiration is 1 year.
Apparently this company sells expired products at a discount but doesn’t indicate that in their description. After 45+ mins on the phone with Amazon, they made good on the product. BUYER BEWARE! As for the the Dap product, it is top of the line from past experience. Would have gave it 5 stars except for the sellers deception.
