My only beef is the expense. This holder is functional holding accessories securely to the steering post. A hard-shell Segway bag fits nicely on the provided hook. My unit has been slammed hard several times, as its location it the first place a tilting Segway will hit. No loss of function or strength has occurred. This unit serves as a functional bumper. For exercise I drag my Segway uphill using the unit as a handle. This unit is strong and stays securely attached to the steering post.
