Tofurkey
Thanksgiving day for a vegetarian. Product arrived still frozen, perfect 2 weeks before thanksgiving. It was delicious when cooked per instructions.

Ohhhh yeaaaa!
Yes, it's delicious. Yes, it's flavorful. No it's not spicy like some are. Yes, I'll buy it again and again and again. I just wish more places offered them during the year.. not just a holiday.Thanksgiving and Christmas do not warrant a celebration roast for me. When I want that roast I want it - anytime of the year I want it...so that's disappointing. But it's delicious!!

Just make sure you get the gravy, too!
We tried this at the deli. I was apprehensive at first, did not want to put it in my mouth because I've been listening to Tofurky jokes about how "terrible" it is for 20 years, but then was pleasantly surprised by the taste and texture. It's not bad at all. In fact, it's pretty good! Add a few potatoes, and you've got a good impression of a Thanksgiving dinner. If you ask me, the gravy is an absolute must. It's sold separately. We liked it so much that we are going to make this our Thanksgiving dinner. For 2-4 people, it is much cheaper and time-saving than making a turkey. I bought the roast by itself, and bought a container of the gravy to go with it. I plan to serve it with potatoes, onions, and carrots with green beans on the side. I didn't bother with the boxed "feast" because we don't need all that and I don't want to slave away in the kitchen this year. I would rather spend my Thanksgiving holiday watching TV or, you know, doing anything else other than standing in the kitchen ripping greasy meat off turkey bones and stuffing the leftovers in tupperware containers. If you're a vegetarian, vegan, flexitarian, or simply not too fussy about having turkey at Thanksgiving like us, I would recommend this product. I would recommend looking for this at your health foods market, if you have one close by. They carry them in the frozen section. It would be cheaper than ordering online.Depending on how much you like to eat and what else you're serving, you might save a little bit on calories, too. The turk'y loaf is 300 calories per serving. The gravy is 40 calories per serving.

A hard pass
This product is terrible. Even the dog we thought would eat anything turned his nose up at it. I would give it no stars but I can’t post a review without giving it at least one star.

It tasted pretty good but the smell was a different story
I should start this review by saying that I am a meat-eater, however, one of my sons is a 15+ year vegetarian and I always try to cook something for him that he will enjoy. A few years ago I made him a Tofurky for Thanksgiving. He really appreciated the fact that I made the effort to get him something special.I am really glad that there is a meatless alternative to the holiday stuffed turkey. My son has always been a good sport at family gatherings and I always make meatless versions of most of the dishes for him, still, he deserves to have something special on our day of thanks. This Tofurky fit the bill in a couple of ways. The only thing that we didn't like about it was that it smelled... well, odd. I thought that it reminded me of burnt rubber and even my son thought that it had a "unique" odor. When it came to tasting it, it fared much better. The texture was close to that of turkey, I would give it a solid B here. The flavor did not remind me of the bird but then again my son doesn't like the flavor of real meat. It was mild, moist and tasty. If you don't compared it to real turkey it should rate a B or a B+.If you don't eat meat and want to celebrate the holidays this could be the "bird" for you.

Great item from a great company
I love this, we have it every thanksgiving and even sometimes during the year when I want a feast, I add this one too. My local whole foods didn't have it this year so I was VERY disappointed but i found it elsewhere and bought a few of them. It is delicious and I make my own mushroom gravy. I wish they would add some cranberries to the stuffing and even make some that would allow me to add my own stuffing to it. It is still my favorite. This is a very good company too, Tofurkey is made in our country and high quality too, very ethical company

Tofurkey's Great. Excessive price is not.
Tofurky's in 2023/24 should cost between $15-20 USD. The 3rd party seller is selling this for 2.5x what is the standard retail price. I hope their entire shipment goes unsold and they have to incur a loss. However, if you can find them at retail, the item is delicious and welcome entrée at any dinner.
