Cafe Bustelo Coffee Espresso (454g)

I first tried Cuban coffee in Miami-and it was the best coffee I've ever had. When it was time to go home I asked one of the locals which coffee would be good to take home and they recommended this one- I was not disappointed, but that was years ago... I couldn't find Cuban coffee in stores anywhere in the UK but then when watching a Youtube video someone name dropped Cafe Bustelo and it jogged my memory that that was the one I'd brought home-figured I might tr and see if I can get it online.Anyway I love this coffee, I've introduced it to my sister who now loves it too and confirms it gives her the same effect as me- I feel like with this coffee it just wakes me up and doesn't give me a crash, or doesn't make me feel too wired, just nicely awake- I feel quite energised for some time after I drink it. It's going to be difficult to go back to standard coffee, hopefully I wont have to!! The smell is a little different to how I remember but that was about 5 years ago-so maybe that is just my memory, the taste is still yummy and yeah-the most important thing is the effect <3 I will buy again - (please don't ever run out) haha...joking not joking.

In much the same way that the first truly "five minutes out of the sea" fish dinner will change the way you think fish will taste, this coffee will change what you call coffee for the rest of your life. Bitter without being acrid. Strong without overpowering. The archetype of good quality coffee.

Used this in a cafetiere, bean to cup and a expresso maker.Very nice coffee, nice and strong, differently punches you in the face telling you to wake the F up.I would purchase more if it was more cheaperNot as good as my local coffee bean shop.. but a good all rounder coffee

This stuff is legendary for a reason! Deliciously sweet, naturally deep and rich flavour that takes you to another place and time. It’s worth reading about the history of this coffee, it has interesting pedigree and a real cult following. If you like very strong coffee that can be brewed multiple ways, this is the one for you!

I generally love Cuban coffee, with its nutty flavour. I'm sorry to say this one was a disappointment, pretty weak and insipid. It doesn't compare well with supermarket coffee, never mind good Cuban. Certainly not worth the premium price.

Really fantastic flavour, rich and not bitter. Shame it's more pricey, however you get an awful lot of coffee. Would definitely buy again.

Strong not bitter. Very flavoursome. This will have you awake a going every single day. Highly recommended
