Several size options, nice drawstring bag
Lately a lot of resistance loop bands are promoting that they are 12" long instead of 10" long. Well, I got some 12" bands (from another vendor that offered 6 resistances), but it turns out that for the leg abduction exercises that were my main reason for wanting bands like these, 10" is a better length than 12". Fortunately, these Waypor bands are available in both sizes, as well as in a 3" width. It would be nice if they had a sixth, XXX-heavy, band, like the other brand I got, since I'm already using the XX-heavy for my leg abduction. They are very reasonably priced, except that the shipping nearly doubles the cost. :-( But even with shipping, they are comparable in cost to the competitors, for 5 bands. They come in a nice little drawstring bag - it feels like it's waterproof - just the right size for the bands. I can carry these in my jacket pocket.The web site offers two exercise videos, one for beginning and one for advanced. The videos are on YouTube, and of course YouTube has a million other exercise videos for loop bands, as well.

I'm a personal trainer, and I use resistance bands all the time with clients who have mobility issues. This set is awesome! I got these at a discount so I could review them, and I'm thrilled - I would have paid more for these! I love that I can carry a full complement of bands to help clients at any level, and they all fit neatly into the tiny bag provided. Great product.

Free E-BOOK Advertised - does it exist?
Actually I am unhappy with the product. It appears in the website as below:"Exercise Resistance Loop Bands, ........, Plus A Free E-Book!!!" However, there is no info whatsoever about how to get access to such e-book (does it exist?) in the packaged product I received nor on Amazon’s website nor on Waypor’s website. To get access to the e-book should be hassle-free – but it is not.

Strong long lasting material
These are great ! The material is very strong. Ive had this for about a year and no signs of wear and tear . The different levels of resistance are just what I need for my workouts at home .

Good bands
We have three sets of these, one for each of my kids to use for during 10 minute trainer (Beachbody program) . They can only use the lightest one right now, but they do what we need for them at this point.

Good product
Work well for what I use them for. The xx hard resistance band is not as difficult as I thought it would be, and I never have used the two easiest bands, but overall I have no complaints.
