This is great, cheap, and relieves nighttime cold/flu symptoms well. It also doesn’t leave me feeling groggy like some of the equivalent meds with diphenhydramine or other antihistamines. However, the taste is something close to god awful. I love cherry and thought I’d be fine. I ordered it because that’s what wow get to me on the same day. I was relieved to see the bottom of the bottle after my second cold hit. It really works, though. I’m ordering again (just a different flavor this time).

Was afraid they would come broke like all the other posts. THEY WERE INTACT NO BREAKS OR LEAKS ON any of the 4 bottles I ordered. Have this product on reorder every month. Taste is just like normal. Releives the pain symptoms and works great. Completely satisfied with the subscription,especially for the savings.. Always a 👍🏼👍🏼 service.

REALLY STRONG, and leaves you super groggy many many hours after waking. Took at 10pm, and was still groggy at 2pm the next day. Don't feel like the decongestant is super strong either, but if you need to sleep, it works.

I can not convey how miserable I was! Two days & nights of incessant coughing. Post-nasal drip was setting it off. Coughing up to 5 times a minute. Coughing so hard I wet myself! I tried 2 cough medicines, honey, saltwater gargle, hot beverages, throat lozenges, antihistamine, all with no relief. Couldn't lay down or lay my head back to sleep. The only position that would lend itself to any remote calming of the cough was with my chin to my chest, facing down. I was about to lose my mind. My Amazon driver couldn't get here fast enough!! Then...the clouds parted & like manna from heaven, this little bottle arrived on my doorstep. I was skeptical because it seems all cold medicine these days is garbage, ever since they took out all the good ingredients that actually worked!! But, I immediately ripped off the safety wrap & poured a shot. Miserable as it was going down, in less than 2 hours I awoke from a nap like a woman reborn! I went straight to the computer to write this review! If you're ill, BUY IT! IT WORKS!
