Great ball spinner
Purchased this ball spinner from Bowlerstore directly and not from Amazon because Bowlerstore direct did not charge shipping whereas Amazon did even though it was also being shipped by Bowlerstore. The spinner itself is great. Polishes and sands my bowling balls with ease. The 1/3 horsepower is enough to get the job done. Have not tried the 1/2 horsepower unit so can't offer a comparison.One side note, I originally ordered from Bowlerstore because they offered a payment option called Amazon Payments which is like PayPal or Google Checkout. I had some Amazon gift balance I wanted to use up so I thought by paying through Amazon Payments it would deduct first from my gift card balance and lastly from my credit card. However, this was not the case. You can only use your Amazon gift balance if ordering directly on Amazon's website. After knowing this, I decided to cancel my order with Bowlerstore.com and order through Amazon even though they charged shipping. However, the response from Bowlerstore was that I can't cancel because my order has been shipped. Keep in mind that I contacted Bowlerstore about 20 minutes after I placed my order. The order may possibly been processed and packaged and a shipping label produced in twenty minutes but in no way can it have already been picked up by the shipping company. They can still cancel my order since the product is still in their warehouse. I did not receive a tracking number or shipping information until two days later. I also can't refuse delivery because Bowlerstore would also charge me a shipping fee. So long story short, Bowlerstore is not a company that will allow you to cancel your order regardless of what your reason may be without charging you a fee.I paid at least 20 dollars more for this spinner thinking I can use up my Amazon gift cards. You can purchase this spinner directly from the manufacturer innovativeballspinner.com for way less.I will never purchase from Bowlerstore again as their customer service sucks and prices are much higher than bowlingball.com
