So glad this was not an over the top, porn laiden, sales pitch for chastity and cages. The end of the book sealed it for me. The addition comments, wifea perspective, queations, idea offering etc. Made this a good read. We are always looking for realistic and valuable real information and personal perspectives.

An interesting book . Found it not have anything to do with BDSM. It's more about renewing intimate relationships with ones spouse.

In my opinion, to make an FLR work requires several things: (1) a fulfillment of Her dreams, (2) a fulfilling of the man's essential needs, and (3) a willing emotional change in the man which will result in him having different, more-suitable essential needs.(This is why, in my opinion, few men will be suitable for the methods in "Uniquely Rika" or in "Love & Obey" -- by their practices the man has no significant motivation to change his core needs, so most men would eventually "burn out".)Some books on FLR err in applying the "FemDom" approach of using corporal punishment as the primary technique for changing the man's emotions -- I disagree with it being the primary method (although it perhaps shouldn't be entirely discarded -- it helped us some, but your mileage may vary).Better books on FLR will avow that causing "constant arousal but infrequent satisfying" in the man (by Her mannerisms, actions, and attire among other techniques) will change his desires. This generally has seemed to work much better.And so, finally, we come to the specific technique applied, very successfully, in this book. In our brief experiences (four attempts, each brief due to my unique physical problem) this works extremely well and with largely the same result as the author obtained. (There are "belts with chastity devices" available, but these are too expensive for a first try.)There are reports of men who have worn a suitable chastity device for over a year. Not so much as a “how to” book but a nicely written tale of the author’s journey into exploring chastity.

I have been confused on chastity for a while. I started an interest as I wanted to focus on other parts of sex than my orgasm. I don't last long, and wanted to remove my penis from the situation to focus on herEverything else I've seen online is the unrealistic 24/7 permanent one style.Finally, this is a book i am going to have my wife read and I can say "this is what I have in mind"

We use a chastity cage in our relationship and as the author explained all the different stages, I must admit that I am experiencing that often.We are also into a FLR, which makes us use the chastitycage or just being in chastity without the cage most of the time. She decides when we are having sex.For any men who wouldn’t be interested or fear trying this, I can understand, but you can only know the real feelings after you try it. I must admit, it’s a real drug!!! Highly addictive.Thanks for that awesome book. 🙂
