I liked the large size of the chalkboards. The chalkboard had some large scratches in the finish of the paint that looked like a knife blade. It concerned me that it might affect the artist quality of the chalk, but it seems to work ok. I used this board at a catering event I did at work and then again at my daughter's wedding. I plan to use them over and over again.

Looked great upon arrival. Nice wood stain. The second time we carried to our front sidewalk the entire top wood panel lifted out of the frame and it fell apart. Extremely shoddy construction. Have never had this issue with other sandwich boards for my business. Some survived being repeatedly backed over by cars.

Perfect board to advertise your massage. Built well, great design and looks like it will last a long time. Easy to write on with white and colored chalk as well as chalk markers. Just as easy to clean. Sturdy enough for outdoor use. Folds neatly and easily for storage when not in use. Chelton Wilson was a pleasure to order from. The follow up correspondence after my purchase makes me excited to do business with them again.

Fell over and broke within a week of use. Nice look and board but not sturdy and only held together by glued on hinges.

This chalkboard isn't nearly as sturdy as it appears. Regular chalk barely shows on it and reviews for liquid chalk say it doesn't completely erase off. Because of that, I am afraid to try liquid chalk. And conventional chalk is just pretty bleh on it. It definitely isn't like the chalkboards I remember as a kid. Not sure I would recommend this to anyone.

This sandwich board is terrible. It is only sturdy out of doors if there is absolutely NO breeze. It had chips in the chalkboard. It is actually NOT a chalkboard surface but I am unclear what the surface is. When you wipe it clean, the board has a residue that is hard to remove. Overall, I would never buy this product again.

This is a great chalkboard all around and is classy enough to use for wedding signs. It has a smooth surface (not textured like some chalkboards) and easily erases Uchida Bistro chalk markers. The only (very minor) downside is it does not grip smooth floors easily, so it must be opened at it's full width when on a smooth floor. It grips carpet, cement, grass, and other floors without any problem. Overall, great quality.
