Works great on my Predator generator, starts up great and is holding a charge well.

This battery did not last. I bought it two years ago for a backup generator which has an electric starter. The generator is for backup power to my house in case mother nature knocks out my power. When I received the battery, I installed it and verified everything was working properly which it was. I also bought a Battery Tender charger to keep the battery fresh since it would most likely be sitting unused for a long time. Recently I tried to start the generator only to find the battery was dead. I checked it with a volt meter. It reads 12.5V, but as soon as I place a load on it, the voltage drops to zero. I used a different battery to verify there was no a problem with the starter on the generator, which worked fine. I called Amazon about it and they put me in touch with the manufacturer. The manufacturer said they had an 18 month warranty and would not do anything for me. The customer service person at the battery company was not flexible and was a bit rude. I would expect a battery to last around 5 years. Bottom line, I will never buy this brand of battery again.

It's surprisingly strong and holds a great charge. My old battery was dying off and only retained charge for a week or so. This was a nice replacement that came ready to pop in, but I did charge it up upon arrival. So far I notice it has a much stronger and consistent charge, that a battery is supposed to have. This actually replaced a much more expensive battery and I'm perfectly fine with that. Lets hope it maintains and stays strong throughout the next year. I'll revisit the review if needed.Edit: as of 12/11/2014 it is STILL going strong. It's showing no signs of aging and the voltage has been holding very well.

Works great and good price

Perfect fit in my Predator 8750 generator which tends to be elusive as to what battery you are supposed to buy for it. Even the rubber terminal covers on the battery cables fit this just right. Cranked the generator to life instantly right out of the box.I can't speak to longevity yet. I will be maintaining it with a Battery Tender in an unheated but enclosed space.

This battery works for a predator 8750 generator from Harbor Freight. There were no specific battery specifications listed in the manual or anything I could find online and this is what I found thanks to another reviewer that mentioned this generator. I tried a couple different battery mounting clamps and decided to go with the fancy zip tie mode which seems to work just fine for a nonmoving generator. I also have a 1.5 amp battery maintainer that picked up at Lowe's. The battery holds charge just fine and supplies ample cranking power for this generator.

The posts on my battery came a little twisted, enough to make it a little difficult but not impossible to use. Still, good price for a battery that's performed great.

Looks like a good quality battery but did not fit in my ATV. My fault though. I misread the dimensions. Great deal and came in good time.

I was very happy with the price, shipping speed and the build quality. However, when I put it in my motorcycle, the lights turned on but it would not start my bike. When I purchased the battery, the website said that it was compatible with my motorcycle. I borrowed a friends battery ... and it started my motorcycle. I used a battery for my electric bicycle and it started my motorcycle. This battery, from the beginning "factory charged" would not start my bike. Then recharged with a battery tender, would not start my motorcycle.It was advertised as compatible with my motorcycle when I bought it, but I have been very disappointed with the false advertising for what seemed like a quality battery.
