Compatible Replacement Lamp for Sony KDF-50E3000 Bulb with Housing

This is the second replacement I have ordered from this company and the third replacement I bought for the television. The first replacement I purchased was from another company was junk. The second one I purchased from this company looked like the picture and lasted a year and a half. The third lamp I bought and second from this company was different than the other. I was also junk. I was made almost entirely of plastic including the ring that fits up against the TV itself. After less than 5 min, my family and I detected a burning smell coming from the TV as a result of this cheap plastic part they used instead of metal, like the first lamp I bought from them. Instead of returning it, I took the bulb out from the casing and put it in a proper casing that had the metal parts. I should not have had to do this. It is false advertising to put a picture of a bulb out that has metal parts and looks descent, then send you a junk Mexican made plastic one. Also the bulb itself was not "high quality" like the first one I purchased from them. It was completely different. It looks cheap like the housing and I wonder how long its going to last. Been a month so far. Obviously I will not purchase anymore products from this seller

I bought this to replace my lamp. After finally figuring out how to install it, it worked perfectly; it actually is brighter than the original lamp that came with my TV. However, the message that the projection lamp is nearing the end of its life still appears. Not sure if that means the lamp won't last very long. But so far, so good.

Great value for the money. Not quite as bright as the original, but i shudder to think what an original Sony replacement would cost. Super easy to replace and install. Would easily recommend, and of course Amazon was on the money.

it worked for a while do not know if it was the tv or lamp but it didn't last long but the problems with it is manufactor not amazon we ended up get rid of tv when this lamp went out

Product was easy to install. Illumination does seem kind of low, not like the manufactor's bulb that originally came with the tv, but it is working properly. Ok, for the price.

They had the right part I needed. Could not find it locally. Would definitely use business again. Thanks so much!
