A friend had these, I tried hers on and was sold on it, it was comfortable even though hers was 1 size bigger than my feet. Very comfortable and stylish, the bows are so cute. Simple and elegantly designed. Well made. Fits just right, follow the size chart and measure your feet it was spot on. Get the right size so the arch support is in the right spot. Pricey but well worth the money for what you’re getting. Arch support is fantastic. I like the foot bed, I don’t see any issues with feet making funny sucking noises (aka foot f@rts) like other sandals/flip flops with the plain foot beds. I just got these today and have been walking around the house for the last hour, so far no uncomfortable spots. Very happy with this purchase, will get other colors.

I have now tried quite a few shoes that provide arch support, due to plantar fasciitis, and my podiatrist was right---Vionics are the best! I now own 3 pairs of Vionic flip flops (I also have the Kea, love them), and I purchased a pair of Spenco. Here is a run-down: Vionic Tide II - Vionics are hands-down the best for arch support. The first pair (these for me) did take some getting used to, but once I did they are all-day wearable. They don't have a lot of "give" in the footbed, but I suppose that is why they are supportive. Also, I have normally worn an 8 1/2, and go with an 8 in most Vionics and they fit perfectly. Vionic Bella - These are a little dressier (it is hard to find an attractive orthotic shoe, but these are okay) and I love the softer footbed. This may make them a little harder to keep clean, but they are super comfortable. If it weren't for the bow, I'd get these in every color. Vionic Hazel - Fits and feel very much like the Tide, they're great. They seem to have a little more "give" in the footbed than the Tide, but I don't know if it is significantly different. They are very comfortable. I have read some comments that the top part is too loose. I think this is just due to the material being a bit more stretchy. I don't have any trouble with it. They are slightly more stylish than the Tide, and that's why I chose them to replace the Spenco Yumi for me. Spenco Yumi - I got these in black because they were less expensive than the Vionics, and my podiatrist has me using a Spenco insole which is both affordable and super comfortable. But, the two do not equate. These are not so comfortable, and I cannot wear them long without being in pain again. (I am NOT in pain when I wear the Vionics...it's truly a complete difference and makes it totally worth it!) The weird bump thing toward the front is also, well, weird to me. I also bought a pair of Spenco Andi sandals, looking for a more "sandal-y" style, but have the same issue. They look okay and must be better than the cheapy shoes I've been wearing, but they're not terribly comfortable and I can't wear them long. All that said, after having to go through an entire shoe wardrobe overhaul, and reluctantly so especially due to the cost, I have come to realize that the doc was right from the beginning. At least as far as flip-flops go, Vionics are the way to go. They take some getting used to, but for plantar fascitiis issues, they are completely worth the expense. I figure I'm saving on ongoing footcare costs, so there's that.

My favorite brand of shoes to buy. I have worn this brand for years. Usually I buy directly from the company, but was surprised to see them on sell on Amazon and at a much better price. I bought this style in silver last year and wore them almost everyday on our 3 week vacation. I love that they come in different colors. They go with everything and are very comfortable for my feet. The design is simple but elegant with the extra piece on the bow. I wore them alot and it took almost constant wearing to wear out my first pair. The size is true to my foot. The material they are made of is strong and the support allows me to be on my feet all day with them on. I have no problem teaching in them all day.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have Vionic sneakers so thought I'd try their sandals. Although I love the look of the sandal because the bow gives it an extra feminine touch that doesn't include sparkly things, these sandals don't-quite hit the mark for me. I have a very bony foot, and there's a little too much space between the top of my foot and the sandal, so my foot moves around a bit too much in the shoe. I have plantar fasciitis and a bone spur, and although the footbed has some cushion to it, my foot ached a little wearing them after about 20 minutes of wearing. The arch support felt good, but with my foot moving around a little too much it wasn't doing me as much good as it should. I ordered this style in 2 colors, and this review is for the pink. I have been battling ankle pain for 4 months & was finally diagnosed with collapsed / fallen arches . I have been living in my size 38 Dansko clogs to stay pain free but needed a sandal for an upcoming beach vacation . I decided to give these a try & they are magic. I am a size 8 & ordered the 8. My heel is exactly at the end of the shoe when standing . I can feel the arch support pushing up into my arch & they don’t seem to be bothering me to keep them on my feet . I’m gonna grab a few more pairs to have more color options & a pair for around the house . These are very supportive for a flip flop & I love the little bow! The piece between the big toe & second toe is a little wide but is cotton so should soften up. The underside of the foot straps are lined with fabric so I don’t foresee any rubbing issues .

I love these sandals and wish they’d keep making them! I have narrow feet and plantar fasciitis & these are my favorite sandals when I know I’m going to be on my feet for a long time.

I waited for a while to do this review because I wanted to be sure that it was based on fair feedback. (I find it frustrating to read 5-star reviews from the same day as something arrived, "I'm so excited to try it! 5 Stars!" ...when the purchaser hasn't even tried it out.) Aside from the minor sizing issue, this is hands down the best feeling sandal I have ever worn. It is soft and comfortable, but supportive throughout my extremely high arches. I used to have pain from Morton's neuroma and plantar fasciitis because I would rather be barefoot and I wasn't properly caring for my feet. These shoes have saved me! No more pain! I wear them all the time. Even walking around the house when I get up in the morning, I just slip them on so I'm not walking on hard tile. I love them! And I get a lot of compliments on how cute they are. I ordered the 9 wide as that is what I have always worn, and it seemed to align with the order recommendations. The straps of the shoe fit perfectly at first. Over the next few days of wear, it either stretched out or maybe the bottom compressed, but it is now just a tad loose on my foot. If I buy again, I may try the size 8 instead. I will say that I was extremely concerned that the shoes would wear down unevenly, because I had a broken left foot and wore an air cast for the first 2 months, so I was wearing the right show only. But the right shoe didn't break down much at all, even though I wear it ALL DAY every day. So within a couple of days of starting to wear the left foot, they look and feel basically even. They hold up well.
