Nature Creation Wrist & Ankle Wrap - Herbal Heating Pad / Cold Pack - Hot and Cold Therapy (Blue Marble)

The size is good, long Velcro wrap to use it for different wrist sizes / ankles etc.BUT... the outer material is cotton. Which is great for clothes, but not for heat packs. Cotton releases the heat very quickly. So the wrap is room temp within 10minutes. Not really enough to produce any result.

It is great while it lasts. Makes my wrist feel so much better. The problem is that the cold does NOT last long.

It is in the freezer but does not come out very cold or stay cold at all. Have to try hot next.
