Love this set!
Received my Meinl cymbals today. I ordered the super set with 14" hi hats, a 10" splash, 16" and 18" crashes, a 20" ride and a 14" china. I have to say I love them all. Everything came nicely shipped and they look and sound awesome! Nice bang for the buck. Can't go wrong with this set up. Looking forward to getting my 8" splash and 14" crash to round out the set. But the super set has everything you need to start rocking!

great accent cymbals @ great $. plus a free stacker w/felts, wing nuts base, &washer included
when arrived, the china was bent/tried to use it/returned it 4 same item-the china is beautiful, the sound is unbelievable. the free stacker is ok 4 saving $ on another stand. the splash....which i'll have to get used to,i never knew what 1 sounded like-a bit trashy,so get 1 of those b4 a trash crash, you kno! really can not complain about the splash,as it is an accent cymbal & nowhere near a primary, the china on the other hand i use as somewhat a semi-primary cymbal(other than the hats & crashes)...it's just that good! 4 beginner-pro usage.

Great Cymbal pack for a new drum set
I just upgraded to a full acoustic set after playing electronic for a couple years - so I need all new cymbals to go with the kit - This pack was great - a great price for # of cymbals you get. Everything sounds great you can cover a bunch of different genre's with the cymbals included. Very happy!

Perfect for fixing up old set
I bought a PDP z5 5 piece kit with cymbals and hardware for $300 about ten years ago. The drums themselves are good but the hardware fell apart easily and the cymbals were terrible. I decided to fix them up and bought this cymbal pack and some Evans hydraulic red heads to do so. I am very pleased with these. I went from having hi-hats that sounded like two trash can lids banging together to having proper tss ts ts tssss tss tss ts ts man you know what they sound like. For 300 bucks this is a mint deal. I don't even have enough stands for all the cymbals that came with this and I'm still happy with hi hats , a crash and a ride. Highly recommend!

these are decent for the price.
I like the amount of cymbals you get for this price. Are they a great sounding set? NO! but for a beginner drummer to intermediate player they are excellent. i bought mine a year ago and they are still being used everyday. they are very well constructed and clean up nice.

For beginners
I have a few Meinl cymbals and they're excellent in both sound and quality. I bought these for my rehearsal kit and could not stand the sound. That doesn't mean they're bad, I would recommend for a beginner as you get a great variety of sounds for a very reasonable price. The entire set cost less than my Sabian Paragon Ride so I wasn't expecting a studio quality sound. Gave them away and got a Zildjian S set that is marginally better.
