Castle Foods Rubbed Sage, 6 Ounce

I think it could have had a better smell which means that it might have been a little old or it said around before it was put in a bottle and the cap on it because it doesn't have much smell like real sage has a really pungent smell which makes you think well this is really great I wouldn't buy it again. So when I use it I have to use double the amount because it doesn't have much taste or flavor it's weak. Sorry I wish they had made it fresher.

For how cheap and generic it is, its still surprisingly aromatic. Bought in bulk while we didn't feel safe going to stores during the pandemic. We'll probably be working on using this up for quite some time.

This sage is great! Already used it in 2 dishes. Better value than the stores, which charge about 4 bucks for a tiny container.

WE make our own sausage and tried this sage product and it tasted great.

The size of the container is perfect and the spice is aromatic, fresh tasting and the ideal grind.

Great price for larger quantity. Just what I was looking for.
