Contains all pictured pieces
I bought this thinking it would be just the lower pieces, since it was priced around that much ($70). However, this contains all four pieces. Additionally, they seem very thick, well-constructed, and they installed securely enough for me to have no doubt they will stay attached forever.

It's NOT what's in the picture. It's only the 2 piece frame grips
The picture shows that you get both the frame and airbox pieces, but you really only get the two frame pieces. The price was $90 when I ordered it, which is the same price that other websites sell the complete kit (both frame and airbox pieces) for.The product description even says "Precut Kit includes 2 Right & 2 Left Tank Grips". This is NOT true. The kit only includes 1 left and 1 right grip. I had already stuck them on my bike by the time I realized the other 2 grips weren't in the box, so I can't return them. I'm feeling pretty ripped off.The photo is very misleading and the price is too high for what you actually get.The actual product is very high quality and is a 5 star product. I just couldn't give it a good review based on the misleading ad and high price.
