Great Heating/Horrible Freezing
Great for heating but horrible for freezing! They stayed cold for less than 5 minutes after freezing over night. Heat worked great for blocked milk ducts though and the smell is amazing!

Harsh Smell
They smell really strong because they are filled with herbs. They do not heat in the microwave very well. They work better in the freezer.

The packs fit well and are comfortable. They smell very strongly. I guess I am not a huge fan of lavender. I never noticed that I did not like lavender before, so it is possible that these pads just smell badly.

I wish there was a washable cover over it but I still like this a lot. I use it daily while pumping to encourage the process along. Smells nice too.

Pumping at work is no fun. Use this at home and at work for warm, consistent relaxation. Pumping at work is still no fun but this helps.

These provide great comfort and relief for breastfeeding! Nice to have cotton and natural ingredients compared with plastic and gel beads of other products.
