Herrschners Nautical Fever Latch Hook Kit

I bought this as a birthday/Christmas gift for my mother. She said she was so excited to do this project but opened the box and was upset. Why? It doesn’t actually come with a latch hook tool and the pattern isn’t actually printed on it like MOST latch hook kits. YOU HAVE TO COUNT SPACES BASED ON THE PATTERN! Not only willl that take forever because this thing is so big, but it also makes it confusing and super super hard to do this project. I’m so upset because this thing wasn’t cheap. I wanted to give her a fun project not a headache. MOT HAPPY
