Anmade Stainless Steel Sous Vide Rack with Adjustable Detachable Divider and Prevent Floating Top Bar, Works with Most 12 QT Sous Vide Containers

The sous vide rack is awesome. I got it last week because I want to cook a lot of food at once and make them evenly cooked.Here is my view, hope it helps you out.:1. It is made of stainless steel which is a sturdy material. The rack doesn't look cheap at all and it looks very durable.2. Adjustable. Aside from the 2 ends support bar, the 5 dividers can be adjusted. If you have a bigger vacuum bag, then you should make the spacing became large. If you have a smaller sealed bag, then you should make the spacing became smaller. It can be adjusted freely by the thickness of the food, it is very good!3. It's a good way to prevent it afloat. After I put the dividers into the slots, they can hold the bags in the same place for a long time. 4. Easy to compatible with 12 QT sous vide containerI would recommend it to anyone who USES sous vide cooker!

The advertised dimensions are incorrect. - The advertised dimensions of this rack are 6.4 x. 7.8 x 6.6. I carefully measured my sous vide container and determined that the tallest rack my sous vide container could hold is 7.0 inches. Therefore I spent quite a bit of time searching Amazon for a sous vide rack with a height of 6.9 or less. There are similar racks at a cheaper price but with racks a bit too tall. I specifically bought this rack for the 6.6 advertised height. The actual height is 7.25 (see picture.) Very disappointed that the seller can't get an accurate height as most users have limited space in their sous vide containers and rely on an accurate description from the seller. (The other two dimensions appear to be about right.)Aside from the wrong dimensions, the product seems solidly constructed, but I immediately repackaged mine without trying it so I don't know how well it works. I just know that it won't work for me.

CI like the sous vide rack because it will fit my Anmade sous vide, making the slow cooking life better. The 7.8" x6.6"x6.8" rack fits perfectly in my 12 QT container, plenty of room for the Anmade.Anmade sous vide rack is perfect to adjust. The 2 sides bars of the rack are unable to remove, but it can put down to storage. The 5 dividers are removable, and adjust by the thickness food in different slots, allowing you to choose an appropriate position to fit your food.I've been cooking it with sous vide for 6 days, having cooked many meals in these days, there is no sign of rust on the rack. It looks very nice and well-done. The rack is easy to adjust and collapsible. As for now, I am so pleased with these racks.

It is so nice. Sous vide rack will help the water circulations more freely. This is great for cooking the amounts of food. I love this because it is easy to adjust the different thickness vacuum bag. The device design is so simple to install and remove, this doesn't require some time and patience to use complicated tools or machinery.It's well-done and it gives a good experience for me. 2 weeks from now, as you start using it, you will find that is still brand-new. You'll be glad you have it, because it saves you a lot of trouble.

Good stainless, folds up well for storage. My only gripe would be that it needs a touch more weight. That's kind of on me though because it wasn't listed as a weighted rack. If you get all the air out of what you're cooking it doesn't matter but for those dishes that aren't vacuum sealed it can be problematic.

I love this...it keeps multiple bags organized and submerged. Easy to change the racks, heavy enough for my food, and easy to clean.

the sides are little long but other then that its good......product really shouldn't be this expensive

The rack works well with my machine and no floating top bar makes my sous vide life more convenient.If you are thinking about some device to maintain food, I would like to recommend this item.
